FIGHTING SPIRIT – SURVIVAL INSTINCT
After fitness, “fighting spirit” is another factor that makes a person safer. The survival instinct is simply the mindset that says, “I will do whatever it takes to survive this encounter or situations.” If that means I need to run, then I will run as fast as I can. If I need to fight, then I will fight with everything in me until I feel safe again. we at Nashville Krav Maga and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu build your “fighting spirit” in all areas of our classes. During instructional classes, you may be challenged by the drills or increase your understanding and application of the technique. In our fitness classes, you may be working on completing your first pull up, going longer between rest breaks, or holding that yoga pose for the entire period of time. we believe that when meeting your aggressor, you need to be fully focused in mind, body, and spirit to enable you to go home safe. By challenging you mentally and physically in all areas of our training, we help you grow the “fighting spirit” that is within each of us.
