This is where it all begins! This beginner class is designed for all who are new to Krav Maga. The rotating curriculum allows students to jump into the class at any time. This class is the foundation of the structure we are building called self-defense. Students will learn fighting stance, movement, basic striking, and defenses against common attacks. The various techniques are combined in high-paced, low to moderate stress drills and you have a great workout that might save your life.
