Heavy bags have been used by boxers, martial artists, and trainers for years to develop athletes. In this hour long class you will strike the bag from multiple positions with the hands, arms, legs, elbows, and knees. Think that’s no big deal? Wrong. We also incorporate basic fitness and strength building elements to this class. Things such as medicine balls, jump ropes, kettle bells, sprints, calisthenics, and others will be used. This is where we increase your cardiovascular conditioning for self-defense and practice combative techniques at the same time. This class will give you the workout of a lifetime.
